OpenDepartment
Build a mock government archive for your class, your team or your group chat. Members upload exhibits, vote on them and argue in the comments. You decide who gets in.
You will need a free Supabase account. Setup takes about five minutes.
Your database, not ours
Every department stores its files, members and comments in a Supabase project you own. We keep a name and a URL. Nothing you upload ever touches our servers, and we cannot read it.
Invite only by default
A new department is unlisted and closed. People get in with an invite code you hand out, or an e-mail address you add. You can ban, delete and see every report.
Free to run
Supabase free tier covers a group of thirty comfortably. If you outgrow it, you upgrade your own project -- there is no plan to buy from us.
